自動追頻超聲波焊接機

       1、穩定性高:全數字集成電路,采用美國進口高性能抗幹擾處理器,同時減少元器件的數目、簡化硬件結構,從而提高係統的可靠性。

       2、頻率自動跟蹤:數字頻率合成技術結合數字鎖相環頻率跟蹤的複合控製技術,可以消除溫度、靜載荷、加工麵積、工具磨損等因素漂移常規模擬調節器難以克服的缺點,有利於參數調節,便於通過程序軟件的修改,方便地調整控製方案和實現多種新型控製策略。

       3、出力強勁:IGBT功率模塊的運用加上他激式震蕩電路結構,使輸出功率是傳統自激式電路的1.5倍以上。

       4、振幅無極調節:振幅可在調整過程中瞬間增加或減少,也可微調,有效防止大小膠件均能完美焊接 ,有效   減少激穿燙傷等不良品振幅的設置範圍10%至頂

       5、智能三項保護及故障報警提示:模具電流過高保護,頻率偏移保護,總輸出過大保護。設備發生故障,發生器會立即停止工作,並作出相應故障原因提示,直至技術人員排除故障。

       6、智能閉合回路振幅控製技術實現的振幅大小調節,不受輸入電源電壓和負載的波動的影響保持恒定的振幅輸出。


       操作說明

       操作界麵介紹

       1.連接好隨發生器配備的航空插頭、控製線,電源線,急停線一定要按接線圖所示閉合按下電源開關,顯示如下圖

       延遲時間:觸發啟動開關到開始超聲的時間。

       熔接時間:超聲開始到超聲結束的時間。

       冷卻時間:膠件冷卻固化所需時間。

       計數器。

       設備工作電流。

       振幅加減按鈕。

       ⑦諧振頻率顯示。
